Dear Kids and Parents,

Welcome to Polar Ice CapZ KidZ Club. We are an environmental awareness club for Kidz! I am a Polar Bear and my name is Capzbear. You can call me Capzbear or Capz, for short.

That's me below, and my portrait is up in the left-hand corner of the web site (kind of good looking, huh?).

My Co-Chair-Animal of the club is FoxZgal (she likes to be called FoxZgal). She is a beautiful Arctic Fox. Her picture is below, and her portrait is up in the right-hand corner of the web site.

I run the publicity for this organization, my fan club, anything to do with my pictures or me. FoxZgal is the "brains" of the organization. We work well together as a team.

Despite the fact that in our natural environment we are not exactly friends, as young animals living in this world, we felt it was our responsibility to learn as much as we could about our homes, our environment, and our planet. We have our own reason for starting this club. FoxZgal tells about our personal lives quite nicely in Capz Stories.

In the past few months, we studied and studied (actually FoxZgal studied and studied, and I listened and learned while I was having my fur styling appointment), and after reading all those books and Internet web sites about the environment, we realized the news was upsetting.

Our planet is struggling at the moment.

So, we decided to form the Polar Ice Capz Kidz Club. Our goal is to educate humans (kids and parents) on the effects of climate change on our planet, and to instruct people about environmental issues that effect their daily lives. We think you will enjoy being a part of a growing group of kids trying to save the planet!

We hope you learn a lot as you search through our pages. And most importantly, don't forget to tell everyone you know that the time is now for the world to start action against climate change.
